Pramod Dhalwani, British Citizen, born on 29th July 1971, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) with 20 years of international experience in Business Advisory Practices, Entrepreneurial Businesses, Multinational Companies (MNCs) and FTSE100 companies. He is also Certified Mortgage Professional and Financial Advisor from Chartered Insurance Institute in UK and is a member of the Society of Finance Advisors in UK.
Pramod started his career in 1992 with a small Chartered Accountancy practice in London and continued working in various professional firms including big 5 practices Grant Thornton and Andersen until 2001. Throughout his career he successfully assisted clients achieve significant savings by streamlining Management Information Systems (MIS) and operations. Pramod’s primary client base was fast growing entrepreneurial businesses where he helped them with setting up in various jurisdictions, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, Internal Audit, Interim Management, developing and executing Exit Strategies for stakeholders.
In 2002, Pramod decided to move into commercial industry and started at Cereform Limited, subsidiary of a FTSE100 company in London. Until 2012, he has worked within industry with one of the Virgin top 100 fastest growing company in UK and Large UAE Family Owned conglomerate. He has successfully delivered major projects in UK, Spain, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, South Africa, India and smaller projects in other GCC countries. He has worked in multi-cultural environments with Clients, Contractors and Regulators.
In 2007, Pramod was recognised for his positive contribution to his employer at the Fast Growth Business Awards organised by Crimson Publishing in UK as “Finance Director of the Year” finalist. During his career he has been interviewed and quoted in various business publications in UK on topics covering debt financing to receivables recovery.
Pramod is solution orientated and has a positive and open minded approach in his professional and personal life. He is married and has 3 young children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, tennis and movies.
